Fremont Therapist for Anxiety and Trauma

You are tired, exhausted, and stressed by living in Fremont. You are successful, capable, and competent, but deep down you can never shake this feeling that you aren’t good enough. You worry a lot about the rising cost of living, whether you’ll ever relax from the rat race, or if you’ll ever measure up to others around you.

Living here can be stressful, and you are trying to keep it all together. You go to work, keep your head down, make others happy, and try to survive but it never feels like it’s good enough. The pressure to keep up can manifest as a silent companion of stress and anxiety, whispering doubts and amplifying your worries.
To deal with all the stress you detach, you go on your phone, you watch TV, you do more work. You are emotionally disconnected and unavailable. You try to avoid conflicts with your partner and family by pleasing, and making sure everyone else is happy so that you can keep it together. Another fight or conflict isn’t worth having. It's easy to slip into a routine where acknowledging your feelings seems like a luxury you can't afford.
You want something different, some way to deal with all the stress of living in Fremont.

Helping Stressed, Overwhelmed, and Disconnected Fremont adults

I’m Alex a Fremont Therapist, and I help stressed-out, overwhelmed adults in Fremont find relief and healing. I get how difficult it is to live in the Bay Area while struggling with self-criticism, perfectionism, and anxiety.

As a trauma therapist, I focus on taking a deep look at how trauma and family upbringing influences how you see yourself now. In my therapy practice, trauma, anxiety, and self-esteem issues have roots and as your therapist, my goal is to help you discover those roots. As a therapist, I am compassionate, inquisitive, and curious.

As a Fremont Therapist take time to get to know my clients and know them at a deep and intimate level. I help clients garnish insights about themselves that fosters real change in their life. I also take healing to an even deeper level by exploring how trauma and pain are stored in your body by using advanced therapeutic techniques like Brainspotting.
